but i'll do anything for art's sake...
yes. i'm taking the theme extremely literal... which i worry can be un-creative... but here is my thought process... i'm 34 with a husband of 12 years & two kids... i have no shame at this point, so why not?
i also was inspired by the recent flaming lips show we went to where the huge screen behind their instruments showed a film of a woman dancing naked in psychedelic swirls sparkles and colors... she eventually laid down, spread her legs, and from her glowing vagina the band members entered the stage... i'm sure it doesn't sound as spectacular as i thought it was... perhaps you had to see it....

ReplyDeleteThe silhouette is really striking. The figure looks almost like a shadow, but for the the highlighted curve of the leg, underarm, midriff. I love the blown out lighting effect in the centre of the shot too.

N.B. I've heard that Flaming Lips opening moment described by many people lately. Obviously it left quite an impression, sounded amazing, wish I could have gone....
