Day 29: Coffee by CC

I don't drink coffee.  If I did this seems to be the coffee hot spot!  (All the police and important people in town are there at all times.)

  2. This is really cool! The smell in there must be incredible. Don't think we have anything like that here.

  3. Oh the smell!! I hate leaving Wawa and having the smell on me. Suzanne, you would think it would be a good smell, but they also sell sandwiches and other groceries so the smell is crazy!! Sometimes I make J change his clothes when he gets out of there!

  4. I've never been to a wawa, what is it? I thought they were like gas station convenience stores.

  5. Wawa's are convenience stores, but recently they've been growing into super gas stations / convenience stores. Huge area chain based out of PA.

The positive: Very clean and very consistent. Open 24 hours. Can get custom made hot and cold sandwiches at any time of the day/night. There is at least one in every town.

The negative: You smell like Wawa when leaving. And it's a smell that you don't realize as much as the people surrounding you. I can't even describe the smell. If you've ever worked fast food you can probably compare it to your clothes when you get off of a shift. But Wawa can do that to you in just a few minutes.

  6. itsa combo of meats, coffee, and cigarettes... with a hint of soured dairy...
i don't do wawa's simply because of the smell... & no matter which one you go to, different town or state, they all smell the same... its creepy gross.
